Rules for Living: Try your best
Every morning I wake up, put my feet on the floor, stretch my arms above my head and say, “Today will be a good day. I will try my best.”
Sometimes our best looks different day to day. Sometimes what would be 80% on a normal day, is the most you can muster. That’s okay. They aren’t all good days, the least I can do is begin with good intentions. Imagining a good day before it begins can shift your whole day for the better.
